On-site parking was so convenient, especially since I don't enjoy searching for a parking spot like it's a treasure hunt. The complimentary WiFi was a nice gesture, although I spent most of my time avoiding work emails.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but hey, who needs a pristine toilet when you can embrace the rustic charm?

Conveniently located near the town center, supermarket, and other amenities. Perfect for those on the NC500 with ample space and three double beds. Good communication with the host who promptly answered any queries. the property is well decorated and has three spacious double rooms.
The bathrooms were not clean, particularly the toilets. Basic amenities like bins and bin bags were missing.

Loved the bright and beautiful house, it really felt like a home away from home. the location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the town center and supermarket. It was also conveniently close to the ferry terminal, which was great for our trip to Orkney.
The seating in the lounge was a bit limited, only accommodating four people even though the property is listed for up to six. there was no kitchen bin provided, which made disposing of waste a bit inconvenient.

I stayed at a modern, comfortable house called Sigurd House Villa. It had a homely feel with a big kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and towels were provided. The beds were comfortable and there was off-road parking available for up to 3 cars. The property was very clean and easy to find. It was also conveniently located close to a Lidl for any shopping needs. It was a great house in a good location, only a 10-minute walk into town and a 5-minute drive to the ferry terminal. The cleanliness of the house was excellent and there was plenty of useful information provided in the welcome pack. The parking was great and the location was quiet.
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. 😊

The location of the house was perfect for exploring the town and the nearby ferry terminal. The cleanliness of the house was excellent, and it had a spacious parking area. The welcome pack provided clear instructions for everything we needed. it was worth the price we paid.
The only minor downside for us was the softness of the beds, but it didn't cause any inconvenience.

We had a great experience staying at Sigurd House Villa. the location was fantastic, close to the town centre and amenities. the house itself was spacious and nicely renovated, with a lot of potential. Although the decor and furnishings were not to our liking, the main surfaces were clean and the overall cleanliness was good. the kitchen was large and well-equipped, with a fantastic gas range. We also appreciated the off-street parking, which was ample for our three motorcycles. Communication with the host was excellent, and any queries we had were promptly answered. Cons: No hot water upon arrival and bedding instructions were unclear.
